This Paint by Numbers kit requires no prior painting skills, you'll easily create a beautiful finished painting you can display in your home and have fun along the way.

You can choose between an ordinary 24 colours or a more refined 36 colours for your painting.
There are 26 canvas sizes available to suit all picture sizes.

How to order?
1. Choose the canvas size and the number of colours you want (24 or 36 colours).
2. Send us image(s) via our contact form or email them to us at nic [!at] mindyourcraft.com after the order is placed.
(Clear, high quality images are preferred. Choose a picture where the background is not too cluttered as there will be a limit of 36 colours (if the background is too busy, it will affect the overall quality of the finished product).
Note that if the image ratio is different to the canvas ratio you select, your image will be cropped automatically.)

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It generally takes 2/3 weeks for packages to reach destination pretty much anywhere in the world. For some countries it might take longer due to certain postal services not being available locally. If your order is time sensitive or if you need it faster, please send us a message so we can discuss your particular situation.

How do I make sure I order the right product and the right quantity of it?

It happens quite often when shopping online for craft supplies: you’re looking at a product but your not 100% sure it’s the right item for your project or your not sure how much of it to get. If you’re in this situation, please send us a message explaining the nature of your project and we’ll help you work out exactly what you need and how much of it you need.

I can’t find that specific item I have been looking for for months, can you guys help?

If you are looking for an item but can’t find it anywhere, feel free to message us with your request. We will then do everything we can to source that item for you and get back to you with a (or a few) product and a price. Of course it has to be related to arts and crafts! :)

Do you sell wholesale? What are your prices?

We can offer discounts for large orders, we can also sell wholesale. Please message us for a quote as we calculate these prices case by case depending of your location and quantities ordered (the more you order, the cheaper it gets).

Are there any shipping options apart from “standard shipping”?

At this point in time, we only offer “standard shipping“ which would get your orders to you in about 2 to 3 weeks pretty much anywhere in the world (with a tracking number). We would LOVE to offer an “express shipping” options, and we are working on it. So now fingers crossed this option appears in our store sooner rather than later. :)

What do I do if I received a damaged product or if my order never arrived?

It’s the reality of things, some items get lost or damaged during shipping. It can be inconvenient but it can happen with any product purchased online. If you did not receive your order or received it damaged, we’ll just send you a replacement as soon as we get notified of and can confirm the issue.

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

If you just placed an order and realise afterwards you ordered the wrong product or the wrong amount of it, don’t stress too much and send us a message. In most situations we’ll be able to rectify the mistake. Keep in mind that we aim to process all orders within 24 hours and that after being processed orders can no longer be altered.

Where are you located?

Mind Your Craft is based in Australia and is an Australian registered business, our products don’t necessarily ship from Australia but from various locations in different countries. The relevant information is displayed on each product page.

My order is late, can I get a refund?

Delays in the delivery of packages can happen, this is out of our control. We aim to ship all packages within the timeframe specified on individual product pages, any delays incurred by the carrier that are out of our control will not be considered a valid reason for us to refund your order, unless the package is considered lost by the carrier.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift packaging at this stage, as a result we cannot leave a note from you to your recipient in the package. Invoices are never included in the package so you won’t have to worry about the recipient finding out how much you paid.
